TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of RAW Indicators (“Indicators,” “Products,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any RAW Indicator, you agree to these Terms.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

  • RAW Indicators sells digital trading indicators designed for use with compatible third-party charting and trading platforms.

  • No physical products are sold or shipped.

  • Your purchase provides you with a license to access and use the Indicator(s) included with your purchase, subject to these Terms. Purchasing an Indicator does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, intellectual property, methodology, or underlying technology to you.

 

2. FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

  • RAW Indicators are provided solely for informational, educational, and analytical purposes.

  • Nothing provided through RAW Indicators constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

  • RAW Indicators does not act as a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, dealer, fiduciary, or portfolio manager.

  • You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

 

3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

  • Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of some or all of your invested capital.

  • RAW Indicators does not guarantee:

    • Profits or investment returns

    • Trading success

    • Accuracy of signals

    • Specific entry or exit prices

    • Future market performance

    • Protection against trading losses

  • Past performance, historical results, backtests, examples, demonstrations, or hypothetical results do not guarantee future performance.

  • Indicators are analytical tools. They should not be interpreted as instructions to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

 

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY

  • You are solely responsible for determining whether any trade, investment, strategy, or use of an Indicator is appropriate for you.

  • By using RAW Indicators, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with financial markets and accept full responsibility for any decisions or losses resulting from your trading or investment activities.

  • You should never trade or invest money you cannot afford to lose.

 

5. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

  • RAW Indicators may operate through or depend upon third-party platforms, software, data providers, exchanges, internet services, or other technology.

  • RAW Indicators is not responsible for outages, delays, pricing errors, data errors, platform changes, incompatibilities, account restrictions, discontinued features, or other problems caused by third-party services.

  • Access to a RAW Indicator does not guarantee continued availability or functionality of any third-party platform required to use it.

  • In the even that a third-party service provider should change their policy, implement fees for use or other service related changes, access to indicators or other services that are reliant upon said third-party provider, may be lost or interrupted. Products, including indicators, related to these third-party providers are non-refundable, for any reason.

 

6. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE

  • Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased Indicator for your own personal use.

  • You may not:

    • Share your access with another person

    • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the Indicator

    • Publish or distribute the Indicator's code

    • Copy or reproduce the Indicator for commercial distribution

    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain protected source code

    • Modify the Indicator for the purpose of creating or distributing a competing or derivative product

    • Circumvent access controls or licensing restrictions

    • Allow another person to use access purchased under your account

  • Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, resale, or distribution may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may constitute infringement of our intellectual property rights.

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All RAW Indicators, including their code, calculations, methodologies, designs, names, graphics, documentation, written materials, and related intellectual property, remain the property of RAW Indicators and/or their respective rights holders.

  • Your purchase grants permission to use the Product. It does not grant ownership of the Product or its intellectual property.

 

8. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

  • Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount displayed at checkout.

  • Any taxes or fees required by law may be added where applicable.

  • A later change in the price of an Indicator does not entitle previous purchasers to a refund or price adjustment.

 

9. DIGITAL DELIVERY

  • RAW Indicators are digital products. Access may be provided electronically after payment has been successfully processed.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for us to deliver or activate your access.

  • Processing or activation may not always be instantaneous.

 

10. REFUND POLICY

  • Because RAW Indicators are digital products that provide access to proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  • We do not provide refunds because of:

    • A change of mind

    • Trading losses

    • Market performance

    • Failure to achieve expected profits

    • Failure to use the Indicator

    • A user's trading strategy or risk management decisions

    • Temporary issues involving a third-party platform

  • If you experience a legitimate technical problem that prevents the purchased Indicator from functioning as intended, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

  • Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

 

11. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

  • If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes involving a valid purchase may result in suspension or termination of Indicator access.

  • Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising legitimate rights available through your card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.

 

12. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

  • We may periodically update, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features of RAW Indicators.

  • Market conditions, third-party platforms, technology, and data sources change over time. We therefore do not guarantee that any particular feature, calculation, interface, or functionality will remain unchanged indefinitely.

  • Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to maintain the functionality of Products that remain supported.

 

13. ACCESS TERMINATION

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to RAW Indicators if we reasonably determine that a user has violated these Terms, including through unauthorized sharing, resale, redistribution, copying, fraud, or attempts to circumvent licensing restrictions.

  • Termination resulting from a violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

 

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RAW Indicators and its owners, operators, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your purchase or use of RAW Indicators.

  • You acknowledge that financial markets involve risks outside our control and that you remain solely responsible for decisions made using information displayed by an Indicator.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

 

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

  • RAW Indicators are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • We do not warrant that an Indicator will be error-free, uninterrupted, continuously available, compatible with every device or platform configuration, or suitable for any particular trading or investment objective.

 

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

  • We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Products, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.

  • The most current version will be posted on our website with the applicable “Last Updated” date.

 

17. SEVERABILITY

  • If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

 

18. GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
