Direct Access Program

The Direct Access Program provides approximately three (3) months of direct educational access to Anthony Lee through communication methods designated by the Company.

Direct Access is an educational service only and does not constitute financial advisory services.

VIP Discord Membership

VIP Discord Membership provides access to our private Discord community and educational resources for as long as your membership remains active.

Membership benefits may include educational discussions, market commentary, technical analysis, livestreams, trade ideas, educational resources, and community interaction.

Anthony Lee Raw reserves the right to modify, add, remove, or improve membership features at any time without prior notice.

Payments

Direct Access is a one-time payment of $3,600 USD unless otherwise advertised. Payment must be received before access is granted.

VIP Discord Membership is a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation

VIP Discord memberships may be canceled at any time through your account or payment provider.

​

Cancellation prevents future billing. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Canceling your subscription does not generate a refund.

​

Direct Access is not a subscription and automatically concludes after the three-month access period.

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, educational materials, proprietary information, community access, and reserved availability, Anthony Lee Raw does not provide refunds under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to, accidental purchases, change of mind, financial hardship, failure to use the service, dissatisfaction, forgetting to cancel a VIP subscription, scheduling conflicts, technical difficulties outside our control, Discord account issues, or removal for violation of these Terms.

No partial refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued.

Discord Access

Access to the VIP Discord is limited to paying members.

​

You agree not to share your account, share invite links, allow others to access your membership, or otherwise circumvent membership requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining your Discord account and ensuring your account information is accurate.

​

Community Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully toward Anthony Lee, moderators, and other members.

​

The following conduct is prohibited: harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, illegal activity, market manipulation, impersonation, sharing copyrighted material, disruptive conduct, or any behavior that negatively impacts the community.

Anthony Lee Raw reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access without refund for violations of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content remains the exclusive property of Anthony Lee Raw.

This includes, but is not limited to, charts, videos, livestreams, trade setups, educational lessons, written analysis, PDFs, graphics, branding, logos, Discord content, messages, recordings, and all other proprietary materials.

You may not record, copy, download, reproduce, publish, distribute, share, sell, license, teach, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission from Anthony Lee Raw.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access may result in immediate account termination, permanent removal from our community, and loss of future purchasing privileges.

Anthony Lee Raw reserves the right to submit documentation supporting the validity of the purchase to payment processors and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services rely upon third-party providers, including but not limited to Discord, Stripe, PayPal, Wix, and email service providers.

We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, delays, or failures caused by these third-party services.
