This Refund Policy explains how payments, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled for all products and services offered by Anthony Lee Raw, including VIP Discord Memberships, Direct Access, Private Mentorships, and digital products.

 

 

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, educational materials, proprietary information, reserved availability, and access to exclusive services, all purchases made through Anthony Lee Raw are final.

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges, or prorated reimbursements for any product or service under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Accidental purchases

• Change of mind

• Dissatisfaction with the content or services

• Partial use or failure to use a product or service

• Scheduling conflicts

• Financial hardship

• Failure to attend scheduled sessions

• Technical issues outside our control

• User-side Discord or account issues

• Forgetting to cancel a recurring subscription

 

 

2. VIP Discord Membership

VIP Discord Membership is a recurring monthly subscription unless otherwise stated.

2.1 Automatic Renewals

Your membership will automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled.

2.2 Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or through the payment processor used to subscribe (such as Stripe or PayPal).

​

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund any payments already made. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

3. Direct Access

Direct Access is a one-time purchase that provides approximately three (3) months of educational access to Anthony Lee.

Because access and reserved availability begin immediately upon enrollment, all Direct Access purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. Private Mentorship

Private Mentorship is available as either a three (3) session package or a six (6) session package.

​

Due to the personalized nature of the mentorship and the reservation of Anthony Lee's time, all mentorship purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be provided for missed sessions, unused sessions, scheduling conflicts, or early termination by the participant.

5. Discord & Account Access

You are responsible for maintaining your Discord account, providing accurate account information, and accepting any invitation links provided after purchase.

Failure to access Discord or any service due to user error does not qualify for a refund.

​

​

6. Chargebacks

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to any Anthony Lee Raw product or service may result in immediate termination of access, permanent removal from our community, and loss of future purchasing privileges.

Anthony Lee Raw reserves the right to provide documentation supporting the validity of the purchase to payment processors and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.

7. Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to indicators, PDFs, guides, educational modules, templates, video lessons, downloadable resources, and other digital content, are non-refundable due to their intangible and immediately accessible nature.

8. Third-Party Providers

In the even that a third-party service provider should change their policy, implement fees for use or other service related changes, access to indicators or other services that are reliant upon said third-party provider, may be lost or interrupted. Products related to these third-party providers, including indicators, are non-refundable, for any reason.
